Have many memories of Jack back in the good old days playing in the old Grove St lot and our numerous talks at the Suzio plant.
May he rest in peace.

Condolences to the family. I remember Jack when I lived at 72 Grove St., Meriden back in the late forty's. Jack and his family lived up the street from us. Jack and his dad used to come to my father's barber shop. My dad, Frank, and his Dad were neighborhood friends. Jack will be remembered in my prayers.

Dear Grandpa Jack,
I am still in shock. It never occurred to me that you wouldn't be around forever. And, I fear I relied on that. We all did. You were Mr. Reliable. I could always count on hearing your distinctive "hyello" when I rang your line. It's with me now. There are so many other things I could count on with you: You always dressed dapper and with a smile on your face, your Suzio t-shirt collection that Gram made you give away as nightshirts for the kids, tabasco, tabasco, and more tabasco- oh and a bit of salt with that, your six times daily trips to Ghezzi’s for whatever we wanted, your strong bond with your mother and sister and your love for all of your family, your kind, caring and forgiving soul, lottery tickets and the daily newspapers, you were always up for an adventure- whether to the nearby casino or some trips to Disney World, various expressions that always came out of your mouth which always made me laugh, and most importantly your dedication to Gram especially when she was sick... I could go on and on. But, overall, I have to steal the nickname your friend Steve gave you and say that I always thought Commander Jack would be out on patrol. Well, in a way, I guess you are. I’m certain Gram has some errands for you up there in Heaven. You truly were a special grandfather and I will miss you terribly. Thank you for all that you sacrificed for me. Much Love, Abbey
